no kidding! i went from 5-10 centimeters in 20 minutes! the pressure was so intense i barfed all over myself.
lol his head came out and my doc was like, ok now breathe and relax.
i was like NO!
and just squirted the rest of him out.
i tore a centimeter that sucks! but its worth it he's the best thing ever.

send 15 minute vibes this way!! Did you get an epidural or was it natural. I ask bc I have been wondering if you do it naturally if pushing would be shorter bc you are more in tune to what your body is telling you. You did a great job mom! He is beautiful!.. oops Im sorry, HANDSOME! How are you doing?

When my daughter's first son was born on Mother's Day 2005...she was so afraid she was going to vomit and have a B.M on the table but once she got into labor she didn't care!

Unfortunately her epidural had to be stopped cause she couldn't push properly so she was 34 hours in hard labor with NO epidural...and you can bet she changed doctors for Marjoe Jr...who's due on Feb 26!

Dumb question but how do you put pics on this board and where did you get that cute little pic of the hand holding your baby? I clicked on it and it took me to the site but I saw NOTHING that would show me a pic only info on the stage of pregnancy my daughter is in.

futuremommy07- yes ma'am this was my first. and the last for awhile lol

momrobare: you have to actually enter in i-am-pregnant.com in your link thing and then you'll see where you can get the cute countdown things. i dunno why but it took me forever to figure it out lol

brittany7664- well they induced me with pitocin, and i stayed at 1 CM for 12 HOURS! but then my doc said to get the epidural because every time a contraction came and it hurt i would tense up, and when i was tense it kept me from dilating quickly. so i got the epidural, (i hated it oh my god i was so scared lol) and then my doc was able to break my water, and 3 hours later i had him! so the epidural actually helped my progress. and thank god i was getting restless. lol


oh and i was worried about pooping during delivery too..but seriously, i didnt care. and i didnt poop! right before i got the epidural i made myself take a crap. lol i think that helped. and the barfing was good, it made me feel refreshed and ten times better.

im doing good, i got stitches so those suck but each day i can sit for longer! lol

How cuuute!! I'm so jealous I want my baby boy tooooo!  

Hmmmm so are there any secrets to the whole 15 minutes thing?......lol
