yeah DOOOOO NOT name your son after him DOOO NOTTTT.

my bd wanted me to name my son completely after him, meanwhile he wasn't around for my pregnancy & he's only seen my son 3 times since november and maybe 5 times before then .. my son did not get his last name, he got mine nor did i put that piece of smurf on the birth certificate, [i dont think you should either]

I wouldn't b surprised if he doesn't come see my son at all, he hasn't seen me n over a month! And he doesn't even ask about my dr appts wen we talk on the fone which is rare ne way....but I like ur sons name, i also think Josiah is really beautiful. Maybe I'll wait till he is out to see if the name goes with him. Thanks for the advice!

Your post called my attention, due to the fact that my husband had a child out of the marriage. I have a great deal of pain cause even though their relationship was based only in two sexual encounters , she ended up pregnant with my husband's baby.. She is married too, her husband doesn't know that their new born isn't his. Plus she has four other kids of her own.. But the worse part is that she named the baby after my husband... He wanted her to terminate the pregnancy , he never gave her support souring the pregnancy, and behaved really bad to forced her into having the abortion, plus she wasn't sure who the father was... My question to you is, why will she wanted to name that baby after my husband.. When she hates him to death..? And even accused him of rape. This is so trivial and confusing to me...

Are you sure baby is named for your husband? Maybe he's named for someone in their family with the same name? Otherwise I have no clue why she would do that.
