There's not much of secret. Just good ol' fashion eating healthy (no diet) and exercising

You loved the 30DS? That's a first lol. I didn't LOVE it but at the same time I didn't hate it. I knew I HAD to do it in order to lose weight. And that was the only thing that kept me going lol
