Haha I loved it when u was over. The results were amaZing. I'm actually doing her video 6 week 6 pack and that was in alot harder! Jillian even struggles doing it. Haha

i have arthritis in my knees and a back injury and it was just to painful to get through I've never made it past the 10 day mark every time I've tried.
I want to get back into it (or something) bc we are going back to FL in July and I dont want to look like a pregnant woman when I'm not.

Only weights and they aren't needed. It's jut for extra strength!!
