I'm not sure you would be able to tell from the u/s pics. What we look at is the black bubble (the sac) with the baby in it. All of that grey area that fills in around the bubble to the outer edges of the picture shows your uterus. So you are just seeing a 2d pic of part of your uterus. You would need to know from the person who did your u/s or doc where the pregnancy is implanted.

oh i'll have to ask that at the end of the month....by then i doubt it'll matter. i'll be 18 weeks then.

See my previous post. That isn't the top of your uterus, but rather the top of the sac. It might not even be the top of the sac, it's just at the top from that angle in that pic. Gee I hope I'm making sense.

Thanks for all the congrats!! I do feel like it's going by really slow, but at other times I feel like it's flying. I guess it just depends on the day.

I feel the same way. Sometimes it seems SLOW, like when waiting for the next doc appointment or finding out the gender. When I think of it in terms of needing to sell my house and get a bigger one, or just "oh my, I'm going to have another kid" ... that seems FAST.

Diva, u can change anytime. i changed midwives with my first at 7 months due to moving and they were awesome

i must say,i have been feeling really dizzy and just blech, not sure whats goin on adn lots of headaches. today ive just been feeling so faint..odd. i havea dr appt tomorrow to check things due to me being such a worry wart.

hey girls, i wasnt able to get on all day today because i took the new job!
today was my first day and i am happier already! i love it.
anyways, forgive me for not specifically addressing your conversations... i dont really have much to say.

One week i was unnoticable. the next week I had to buy new shirts (my jeans still fit because they're low rise and they go right above my pubic line). But yeah, i feel like one second i was not showing then the next minute there was finally a belly. I am glad though cause i think pregnant bellies are soooo cute.

Sandi- It could be that your placenta is attatched on the front of your uterus and you're sneaking the dopplar under the placenta to find the heartbeat?.... idk 

Also I'm 12 weeks today! my doctor says i'm out of the first trimester today!

Well it has been a long day for me. We bought a new (to us) car today because we have been down to one and it has been nearly impossible. I love the car it is a Nissan Altima 2002 and it rides really nice, and we got an amazing deal because one of my clients/friends works at the dealership and helped us out. Now for the vent. I freaking hate buying cars. We knew what we wanted when we got there but decided to test drive two others just to be sure, so that took about 45 mins and then came the financing that took like 3 hours and then another 45 mins to get all the paper work done and signed. Mind you, this whole time we have our 3 y/o twin boys and I was feeling sick, so to say the least it made for a really long day so I apologize for no conversation from me today. I hope you are all have a good day/evening.
