Find your transaction and go to file a dispute.

I was just about to look through all the photos but after reading the post

I just filed a dispute, but it was pretty much just sending her a message through PayPal. Not much different than sending her a message via BG.

Yeah but it will go to her email since she hasn't been on BG.
Its to give her a chance to fix it herself.

If she doesn't answer within a few days you escalate it to a claim and then paypal will look into it and hopefully give us our money back.
