shooting pains in my breasts...

Hi Ladies,
I am nursing my 2 month old daugther and this morning i woke up and nursed her and as soon as i took her off my breast to burp her, i felt the most excruiating stabbing pain in my breast. ughhhhhhhhh
Does anyone know what this may be??

its your milk coming in .. it happens every 2 hours or everytime he latches on for me ,.... With my experience, get use to it, its kinda comforting to me though. it lets my know what my milk is coming in and i can tell hes getting more because he always gulps for a couple of minutes when it happens

WOW I GET THE SAME FEELING EVEN WHEN IM NOT FEEDING HER! IM PUMPING ALMOST 4-5 OUNCES OUT OF EACH BREAST SO I KNOW IM DOING GOOD! YAY BREASTFEEDERS!

ally, i get that ledown feeling alot. that feels like pins n needles, this was so PAINFUL this morning i had to hand her over to daddy. it was like a heartattack in my boobs...lol...it was awful.

prissy, you ROCK!! you get so much when u pump. man... i get 3 oz total...ALL DAY!!!!
