Are you a plus size mommy-to-be???

I unfortunatly cannot afford to by a lot of maternity clothing.Also I am a plus size girl to begin with so it is really hard to find anything that doesnt look like a moomoo... I was wondering if anyone knows of someone who might be willing to let me buy the used maternity clothes from them. Before pregnancy I am a size XXl or 24W.... HELP! Hey Amanda, It would be cheaper if you bought a sewing machine and changed out some current pants to suit your growing tummy. I'm 5'8 and 200 pounds, not quite plus sized but I'm doing it with some of my clothes. You just need to find some dark stretch material, which you can find at your local fabric store. Then cut a half cirle out of your pants and sew on the stretch material with an elastic band at the top to help hold them on...

I haven't even bothered buying maternity clothes. I just wear alot of strecthy pants and i buy my tshirts a size bigger. I just recently started showing alot(i swear one day i could see my feet now they have gone!) But I just try to buy things that are stretchy and look roomy and I hate going to the maternity section of most department stores b/c they are almost always(not all but most) are focused more towards the smaller mommys to be instead of us bigger girls.

OldNavy.com does have some kick ass sales! Haven't checked out their maternity section in a while but I love buying clothes from them.

I was a size 20 before getting pregnant and I got most of my maternity clothes at JC Penney. They had quite a bit for the plus size but cost a bit more so I wasn't ablbe to buy too much. It's cute stuff though and I even have many that are tighter below the bust to show off the belly without looking like an old lady moo-moo. lol Just a suggestion.

You can use the code MARSURVY and it'll take 15% off, there is also a 30% off online code somewhere.. you can find it online, I just don't know what it was?! They have good sales usually too!
