White rice and Bacon.

Whenever I make myself white rice, I always make 3-4 pieces of bacon to go with it. My husband seems to think I'm insane, that it's "weird." Is it? Am I a weirdo?

I dont think this is weird. Do you mix the two together? I like to mix white rice with bacon chopped up and onions, peas and egg and cook it all in my wok. Baiscally bacon fried rice and sometimes Ill add chopped up ham too. You should try it, if you like bacon and rice together youd probably like it too.

No I make a thing called 'red' rice which has a tomato bacon, onion and bell pepper sauce over the top of the white rice. It is AWESOME!
