You should consume at least 1200 calories unless directed by a DR. Not only is it difficult to receive adequate nutrition at calorie levels under 1200, but you could also be putting your body into starvation mode. Starvation mode lowers your metabolism and makes weight loss more difficult.
Lets see if we can make this a sticky if it isn't already!

TIPS
1) If you want something don't deprive yourself of it because once you get your hands on it your going to go over board!
2) If you go out to dinner try to plan your meal ahead!
3) Count everything!
4) Drink plenty of water!
