Back Pain!!!

Im starting to have ALOT of lower back pains, and it keeps me up all night so I cant sleep... Its awful... I was just wondering if any of you ladies have found a way to make it any easier or less painful...

I was also wondering if this could possibly be a sign of premature labor... IDK... If you could help that would be great...

first of all, if you think its premature labor, GO TO THE DR! Don't wait for people here to tell you!
Secondly, hehe, I haven't found a DAMN thing that makes me feel good enough to sleep at night hehe...that's why I'm replying

but try cuddleing a full body pillow, it kinda helps.

I can't find anything that helps. It suckkks.

Well, the only reason I said that, was cause I heard that lower back pain was a sign of pre labor... But nothing else is going wrong...

I have one of those prego body pillows.... And it kinda helps, but Im still always tossing and turning... It seems to only help a little... And my back pain is awful... I cant even sit or do anything really because its so bad... GOSH... This sucks....

it can be, but there are other symptoms too. I didn't mean to sound snappy, but so many girls come here with problems they should obviously be asking their OB about and asking on here instead ::slaps forehead::
If you get crampy, call L&D.

ask your ob if you can take a single tylenol PM so you can rest at night...

Ha, I wish... Im allergic to ANY sleep meds... I hate it.... So, thats totaly out of the question for me... Errrr....

I really wish I could take them tho... Maybe Id get some type of sleep... LOL...

Oh, believe me... I know... If I really felt like I needed to go, I would... Cause I have already went into preterm labor twice.... But I was only wondering if this could be the start of somthing... But I hear that its pretty normal to have back pains... So I was just unsure...

I dunno then. Maybe ask about aleve? They told me not to take it, but maybe they'll let you once in awhile so you're not hurting so badly. Chamomile tea is relaxing too.

Aleve is BAD. Tylenol is okay though. Aleve messes with your liver, and tears up your stomach.

they told me not to take it because it thins your blood too much. Tylenol, over an extended period of time is VERY bad for your liver as well....

But not as bad as Aleve is. Ibuprophen is the same way, except it eats away at the stomach lining.

Thank you, and Im sure it will... I had a doc app yesterday. And they said Im in the clear... Even if I do have her now. So, thats good enough for me... Im just happy I got this far... The docs didnt think I would...
