I would say you need to see your dr, but if its just your body aching, a pillow between your legs, when you sleep is great , and a heat pack on your back,,,, but thats just to make you a little more comfortable,,,, I am not sure if it will 'help' you sleep

Lol, so true!!! body pillows worked for the first few months, now they dont help much either. I have to bear hug the body pillow and put two pillows on my back just to maybe get a few hours sleep if im lucky. She likes to dig right under whatever side im on now... 
Sometimes taking a hot shower before bed helps, you might want to try that.

I had the same thing along with cramps. And they said it could be early labor or something, or can just be the weight. But then everything looked fine so he told me to get a maternity belt and it helps relieve weight on your feet and back and stuff

Oh, thanks... Iv been wanting to get one... Cause I have heard they help... I hope it does...

yea cause i was cramping and had real bad back pains and he said most women start wearing them around 6 months or later. Im going to get one soon i hope it helps. Cause im on my feet alot!
