Pregnancy zits

Hey everyone,
I know that generally acne during pregnancy is from horomones. Mine is awful and painful. Does anyone have any recommendations that might help ease up on the acne a little.

try witchhazel...dap a little bit on cotton wool and then onto the area where they are...

I used the Neutrogena foaming facewash when I was having issues. Now I'm just dry as hell. Glob on the lotion! LOL

Nuetrogena face cloths are WONDERFUL! I'm talking about the ones that you stick two fingers inside themand one side is beaded(for washing & scrubbing)and the other is striped (for moisture &lotion) I love them.

Im right there with ya. Im using the neutrogena as well
the daily face cleanser. Its tryin to keep up.

Im gettin them on my back and chest more now though.

I had real problems up until about 2 weeks ago. Now it seems to have quit. I just washed my face twice a day with Nutragena and used some spot cream. My face dried out really bad but everytime i put lotion on it got worse. So i just suffered through the dry skin.
