Low blood pressure (really just a vent)

today i was told i have low blood pressure, it was 100/60, but that seems like a normal rate to me, i've been light headed, dizzy and get faint when i stand up sometimes, i had just thought those symptoms where stress after being told i was loosing lyquol (amnotic fluid) but now there saying that my only problem is the BP snd thats not really a problem i should worry about.......
i've decided that Dr's find it impossible to say 'it's all ok, nothing to worry about' not like that would stop me worrying, but still, it'd be nice to hear ya know........
what would i do about low blood pressure anyway?

Up your sodium in take a little? Not too sure...

hows your fluid intake,
not drinking enough can be factor

i've been drinking a fair bit of water but it's been really hot here for a few weeks, i'm hopeing that the weather will change and when it cools i'll balance out a bit. upping soidum, i'll try that.

Drink gatorade/powerade to relpenish your nutrients :p
