How many weeks along were you when you couldn't fit behind the wheel or steer the car properly cause your belly was in the way?

Never... just scoot the seat back!   I drove til the day I delivered. Never had a problem with that and I had an 8 pound 3 oz baby girl. I was huge! lol

I can't reach the pedals if I put the seat back much further

I'm short... I've not gotten to the point of not being able to drive yet though.

Is it because your belly is so big or the car just is small??

It's a nissan primera, and my belly has gotten pretty big. I'm wearing a pair of shorts that used to be loose (I could pull them down without undoing the fly) and now they're almost too tight to do up.

I'm also only 5'4

i'm 5'3 and 33 weeks and have had no trouble diving at all. The only thing i did was lean the seat back slightly so i could breath better when I was carrying higher
