Has anyone used The Firm? Does it work? Any results? I was thinking about buying it but wasnt sure of its results

my mom used to religiously when i was younger... she was super tiny!!! but im sure they have a newer one out now thats works even better... it looks hard tho, but idk i never tried it, LOL

I used it for a few weeks and I could tell results... i built more muscle though than lost weight...

Dont buy it from their website though, buy it from Wal-Mart, you get everything except the energy pills and it is only 30 dollars at Wal-Mart. I bought it from the website and paid 80. Im sooo mad!!

Really? Thanks for telling me, I was about to order it online. That saved me a ton a money, besides I cant use the pills bc im BR. Another question, Is it hard or time consuming?

It is hard the first few times, but your body gets used to it. The workouts are about 45-55 minutes 5 times a week. Its not too time consuming. They also have the 25-35 minutes express workouts. Its the same workoutwith a few moves cut out. Youjust have to choose the express option on the DVD.Yeah, I am really upset I didnt know about Wal-Mart. I cant beleive I spent 80 on it=(

OMG!!! I thought I was the only one on here that used it! Okay now that Im done being excited....lol  I have used it since I was 18 mind you Im 25 now. When I first used it I was 220. I combined the firm with a diet and I lost 35 lbs in about ohhh 8 months. I continued to used it 3 times a week before I got pregnant. I was at 174 pre pregnancy weight. After birth I weighed 204  ( Gahh). I am finally back to my pre pregnancy weight 8 months after working out. I use the older firm, but I think the new one is good too!!! If you can handle intense workouts for 50 mins each time, then I would say go for it!!! I love it!!! 

My mom lost a ton of weight doing firm 5 times a week. She now always says "I am a Firm beliver"
