It's Been Awhile (Also in TTC)

Just wanted to stop in and say Hi. I get on here often but never post anymore. I feel like there is not enough time in my day. My bf was extended in Iraq so I may not get to see him before I deploy. With recent events over there our deployment has been moved up almost 19 days. I leave in 2 1/2 weeks and I leave tomorrow for a week. We have also been told to expect a 9+ month deployment. I can't imagine being on the ship for that long but I'm sure I'll manage. Now I have to try to get my apartment packed up and moved out of by 31 January. I'm not too happy and it seems like I will never get it accomplished. Other than that, things are good. Getting sad as I see my ticker wind down to when I should have been having our baby but God has a plan, whatever it may be.

Hi misty! Good luck on your deployment! I used to hate going away when I was in the military. Thank god my time is done.....   What is your MOS?

I'm crypto admin even though they did away with my rate.

I can't wait until I retire! He retires in 5 years. It's not going to come soon enough. I am ready to be settled and done with this stuff!

I know what you mean. I was a medic in the PA Army Guard and often had to do admin work to help out. We were always short handed. All I have to say is the paperwork is BULLSHIT.... lol
