Yes, I'm suffering from it. I started getting it at about 25 weeks or so. My fingers on my right hand are constantly tingling or numb and both of my hands fall asleep all the time. Up until Wednesday, I was working as a bookkeeper, so I was constantly having to redo my numbers since I couldn't feel whether or not I was actually hitting the keys on the calculator. I asked my dr. what to do and they pretty much said that it would go away on its own 4-6 weeks after I deliver. Great!
In the meantime, I sleep with a brace on my right wrist which helps it to not wake me up in the middle of the night from the pain. I also take Tylenol when the pain gets too bad.
Unfortunately, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do at the moment since it's mostly caused from swelling, etc. and it's completely related to the pregnancy. Good luck!

thanks for the reply raragreedobaby after birth is when it will go away waaahhh what type of brace do you have is it one of those ones that go over your thumb because i am getting quite a bit of greif from mine at night time

Mine doesn't go over my thumb. It pretty much covers from my knuckles up to half-way up my arm. It also has a removable metal "spoon" which adds extra support for the wrist. I got mine from Wal-Mart for around $15. They have several types there and some of them specifically say for carpel tunnel.

I have it also! I got mine at about 8 weeks. Now im 35, and its been terrible! Three fingers in my right hand are constantly numb and I have like a bump in both my wrists that hurts so bad and it pops in and out of place ALL NIGHT! I cant even sleep from it sometimes. I told my doctor about it and.. theres nothing he said you can do about it. My mom has also suffered from it for years, and she actually got surgery. The surgery didnt work.. she just has to live with it for the rest of her life.
All I know is, it BETTER go away after pregnancy!

it's hell isnt it... that's the main reason im OVER being pregnant. ive had it now since about week 20. i haven't been able to feel my thumb, index, or middle finger on each hand since then. sleep has become impossible. i can't make a fist, open a soda, open a water, brush my teeth, or puton a bra without shooting pains. can't wait for it to end. hope like hell it does. nothing relieves it.
