How much is it to get started and how much realistically is there in it to be made money wise?

I really want to be able to help Cody with some money being brought in but can't very well run out and grab a job right now being 8 months pregnant so I want to find something that will even bring in a wee bit of money so that I can help him out. I mean Iw ork with my mom here and there but there is only somuch she needs done.

I did a crap load of cleaning again this weekend, and am making my list of things I need for Rylie before she gets here, and trying to get things in order for the yard sale we are having next weekend. Needless to say things are super chaotic here.

Pretty good, hubs works weekends so Dave and I hang out together lol.. We actually found a GREAT realtor that we've been working with, his dad has been helping us look at the houses (he used to build them) we put an offer on one yesterday! I'm really excited about it,I feel good about this one, now only if they will accept our offer lol

Oh and I was going to add, after working wiht someone that knows what they're doing it's amazing how bad the first lady really was, wow! I just can't even believe it.

aww that is great hun!! I wish you the best of luck and am glad that this time around you are having a more pleasant experience. I know the hell you went through before.

See isn't it amazing how some of those tard real estate agents can be? As you know my mom is one and I used to work for one so I got to meet a ton of them and let me tell you a few of them don't have any right to be trusted with a huge investment such as purchasing a house.

Glad you got an agent that is more tune to your needs and is helping you two out better. Too bad you don't live where I do, my mom is one kick ass agent lol not just saying that because she is my mom but she really is good at what she does and she doesn't sugar coat anything she is straight forward which is how she earned so much respect.

I know it is too bad I don't live closer! I still thank you and your mom so much for the advice! Ugh when I think back to that realtor and how she was to us...blah..pisses me off!

I am also glad you got yourself a much better agent this go round, your experience should be a heck of a lot more enjoyable now.

Lacey you used to use ff right? I'm pretty sure I ovulated but they haven't detected it yet...I guess my temps haven't been up long enough. I had a pretty big temp dip and my temp has since been on the rise.
