Sounds like you are doing a great job keeping that doc in line. Sadly some docs just think that the patient is naieve and won't do research or get a second opinion so it is good that you have educated yourself and know what should and shouldn't be going on. Just keep pushing him/her, you are paying that doc to help you not push you aside.

Yeah we figured out who the psycho was, it was some chick I got into it with yesterday who is seriously psychotic. She went apeshit when we didn't agree with her about the whole BPA bottles thing and lost it after that.

BD every other day for the next week to kinda cover all bases, you can go longer than that to ensure that you got enough bding in, but if your cycles are pretty regular, meaning you know when ovulation happens, or roughly when it happens monthly I would start bding a few days before hand just in case.
