Danielle - glad you and Easton are okay! I had dumb people who cant drive - I was rearended TWICE while pregnant - once before I knew I was pregnant and once at about 9 weeks. Its scary! I cant imagine being hit with Kailyn in the car. I'd go nuts!

We have one of these. It is a little hard for him to get them out and he has figured out that he can hold one of the little falp things down and poor some out, but it isn't anywhere near as messy as a regular container.

I'm frusterated. I have seriously $8. I need formula, bottle liners, gas and a couple $ to get into the beach tomorrow ($6 ish) to see my best friend from high school who is camping there for the weekend (visiting from Ohio).I havent seen her in about 5-6 months! So I ask my mom for $ and she flat out tells me no, that if I dont have the money I simply cant do these things. Ok ok, if I was 15 and she was teaching me a lesson I would understand - but seriously?! I have a FSA check of nearly 2000 coming within the next week and I just got this job. I have been sitting around here doing nothing all week because I knew money was tight. And she cant load me $40?! Annie is only going to be here this weekend, so if I dont see her now I wont see her till Aug (we are both in her sister's wedding and the shower is in Aug). I mean, it is only 6 weeks or so, but still - in Aug it will be "business" and this weekend will be fun/relaxing! And my sister wants us to meet her at the town site for the fireworks, but I dont know if I should use my precious gas   Gah... I am going to have to break into Kailyn's piggy bank and replace her $$ with an IOU. How obnoxious. And honestly, she doesnt have that much in there to begin with. If I have to sit in this house for the next 3 days (or longer) we are both going to suffer - I can tell Kailyn is feeling the bordom too!

Sorry that your going through such a rough time right now. I can't believe your mom wouldn't loan you $40 when you have money coming in next week and can pay her back quickly. It isn't like it is even that much money. I don't know personally what it is likesince I am not a single mom, but I grew up with my mom being a single mom and I know the struggles that go along with it since I was old enough to understand at 13 when my dad pretty much forgot about us. I can remember the nights that she would just cry and cryin frustration not knowing how she was going to pay bills let alone feed us all because my dad didn't pay the child support he was supposed. So I do know part of the frustration that goes along with being a single parent. Hopefully you were able to figure something out and go have a little bit of fun, I do know what it is like being stuck in the house for a long time. It makes you go crazy.

Right now he has one that only opens one side and is less messy than an open container and that side slides open, but I can't find another one like it it came in a gift set.

wow lisa, she has grown so much..........and she's about to start running..........i just can't believe how she's walking around so soon..........in a way i'm looking forward to phillip walking, and then when i really think about it, i'd rather still have him just roll around.........with crawling he's getting into things he's not supposed to
yesterday i found him all quiet sitting behind the couch with a box of tissues ripping them appart

Im so jealous. I do "milk" and "all done" but Averi just sometimesgives me what sounds like "ya!". lol.


Jelena: I still think its wierd seeing her just walk around still. It really feels like i have a toddler already. So hold on to his baby-ness! I envy you for still having it. lol.

When we got home to our apartment after visiting the MIL it literally sounded like a war zone. I mean EVERYONE in our development was setting off loud professional fireworks. All sides in every direction.It made me soooo anxious and i feared the worst. But luckily Averi didnt care and went to bed super easy. I guess she just doesnt think of them as anything and blocks them out. Its 10pm now and there not going as strong. We have the air conditioner going, fans goungand even Averi's fan going (itsa little loudbut its like white noise that she likes) to blockit out. Our walls are like paper thin so im trying not to twitch. Something about them just makes me edgy. Hopefully they end by the time we go to bed.

Lisa I have been doing so many signs religously since 6 months and he just started today... Well water he has been doing for about 2 weeks, but I wasn't sure if he was or not..

Normally he responds All done, or Ya... Ya is one of his favorite words... (Much better than No)

I'm also anxious about the fireworks. There are professional ones behind my house and all the neighbors do it too...

Im glad Averi says "ya" and not "no". lol. She also started nodding yes. I thought it was cute. Totally random though. Just like waving bye....havent gotten that timing down yet. lol.
But the signing i've been trying to keep doing but i mainly stick to a very few constantly. I wish i did them more but my mommy brain keeps slippin.  
Fireworks....i thought they used them up and were done. Nope. Not yet. Not as many though. Only like 2 sides doing it now. I just dont want them going on till midnight. I need my beauty sleep people!
