Ok...im back again....i had a great workout...30 min of eliptical 300 crunches n weights  

did u ladies work out??? it's good to see more girls are joining 

u girls r all smaller than me lol...

Last night after work i did 30 minutes on the treadmill and about 150 crunches! and this morning before work i did another 100 crunches!! yay for me!

When you ladies gets toyourgoal weight are you going to do anything to reward yourself for all the time and hard work you put into it? I am. I want to go on a mini shopping spree! When i think of all the nice new stuff i will get it motivates me that much more!

today i stocked up on weight watchers soups n things as well as that nimble bread, its yummy!!!!

also has anyone tried weightloss patches?, i saw an ad banner on hotmail earlier today for the 'pink patch' and im really curious about them now lol

Hey ladies!! Im soooo planning to reward myself!!! ha ha...by going shopping and taking professional pictures with my daughter...i havent wanted to take some with her because i look too fat ha ha...but def. when i go down to my goal weight...
i've already gone and done some shopping for shirt and sweaters but i got them medium like always, its just the pants that are a problem :/ im a size 12/13 right now and my original was a size 8/9.... but i'll get there soon  
how are all of ur babies doing?? how old are they?

oh n i havent ried the weight loss patches ha ha...my suggestion is just do the weight loss with exercise because i've seen people from my family loss weight using pills or other stuff, and they only gained it back later...thats just my experience though, i've never used them, nor will i...

I feel like a fatty today!! I am def. working out tonight.
I use this great website www.thedailyplate.com to track my calorie goals and what I eat everyday. It is really great! You can see how many calories you need to consume to lose however many pounds you want to a week, and then you track your food and physical activity. I has regular excerices and then childcare and house cleaning and stuff like that. It tells you how many calories you burn doing stuff!! I love it!

My daughter is growing fassst! she is 2 months 2 weeks and 4 days   almost 3 months and she's a lil chunky cheeker and is full of smiles and screams, and sometimes laughs [[she doesnt do those very often]].... im looking forward on putting her ear rings in a couple of weeks...thats gonna be so fun 

My son is doing good, sleeping right now. I am thinking about doing a fewruns up and down the stairs while he is napping. That is great excerise, on the site I was telling you about in my last post it says I would burn over 1000 cals an hour doing that! Anyways, my son Gabriel is 3 1/2 months old! He is getting so big!

It is an awesome site! It also gives you healthy alternatives to the things you are eating, with less cals or carbs or whatever you want less of!
