Quoting andthesenights:“ I need some moby tips. I'm following all the instructions but after about 15-30 minutes it's like the ... [snip!] ... I try taking him out and redoing it but it still never ends up right not like the first time before he gets all bunched up.”
That was my BIGGEST problem with it in the beginning and part of me wanted to just throw the whole thing away! Then I discovered the kangaroo hold and it's so much better. I can wear it for several hours a day like that. If you want the video I just posted above this post (not the same, but almost) and look at the kangaroo hold instructions, it should help a bit. It's pulling up on those straps that really helps and I like the kangaroo hold the best since you don't have to guess how tight/loose to make it. Also, you can actually adjust the tightness/looseness of that one and reach your hands underneath the whole thing to readjust easier because you have the center piece on the inside KWIM? Also another one of the biggest problems is I think the fabric is just too wide, but if you fold it in half, it works perfectly and crosses over your shoulders in a way that isn't awkward and doesn't get all twisted up as easily. When you make the X in your back, use two hands to put each side up, instead of trying to cross them over your shoulders at the same time.
