Custom Orders:15 Business Day Turn around time from the day of received payment.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen items once item is shipped and out of our hands. You will get a picture of your finished product. You will also get a dc#.
Shipping :We ship to US addresses only (with dc) from any of our available carriers.
Once your package leaves my hands and is at the PO with a DC number i am no longer responsible for lost/stolen items.
USPS INSURANCE IS ADDITIONAL AND REQUIRED ON ORDERS $25.00 or more and is $2.00 extra. You may also add it to any package under $25.00 for an additional $2.00 just let us know you want usps insurance.
Shipping and Handling: S/H rates as of 1/28/13 $1.75 for the first item .15 for each additional item
