water question

My resolution for the new year was to eat healthier. I definitely don't drink as much water as I need to. I HATE water for some reason and I am addicted to caffeine. Today at the grocery store I found the little packs of Crystal light that you mix into a bottle of water and it has caffeine and B vitamins in it. My questions is if i mix that into a bottle of water, can that count as 1 of glasses of water a day? Could i mix crystal light with all my water so i'll be tempted to drink more?

try adding a slice of lemon or lime or orange or a sprig of mint to your water. the crystal light doesnt count as water, but it would count as fluids.

that is exactly what I do. I can only drink water if I'm really thirsty, so I drink it with those little packets of crystal light and it makes me drink so much more.

I personally won't drink Crystal Light because it has aspartame in it. I guess if it gets you to drink more its helping you somewhat but I prefer to water down juice. I know it has the sugar then but at least its natural.

Putting crystal light in your water does still count. All you are doing is putting flavoring in the water. Thats what I do alot.

hmmm aspartame isnt good at all.... I guess ill try putting a lemon or some other kind of citrus fruit into regular water, thats a good idea!

I really do not like lemon in my water. I can drink water without anything in it. But I do not drink pop or eat candy. So crystal light is closest to sweet stuff.
