re: Posting the same message in more than one forum

Most of the time when I have a question, I usually post it in here and PWI. So I admit, I'm guilty of this. But I also do this because I get different answers in different forums. Some people never leave one section of the site. They have their "comfort" forum. But I'm not one to start a lot of new posts anyways. I tend to reply to them. So sorry!

I've been saying this for a while. It drives me nuts when they say *Also in PWI* or something like that. & It also does bug me when someone posts the same topic (most of the time with the exact same title) as another post that someone already posted, & it's still on the first page. I can understand that sometimes when they aren't titled the same thing or the title doesn't always indicate what the post is about.

Hmm.. maybe i'm just anal. But grr!

I think its beyond stupid that they all actually call you god .

ohh gotcha lol! my bad! but I have done it before because only some people stay in certain forums. I used to only stay in PWI now I hardly go in there lol! And since I don't have a huge amount of posts, sometimes I don't get a whole lot of answers..I don't really like bumping up my own stuff either..

People post in more than one forum because they sometimes do not get answers in one. I do not see it as a problem. I do it all the time because as was said some people stay in there "comfort" forums , it is good to get different opinions.

You're welcome. I wanted to contribute some how and I figured that was best. Plus it saved you some typing.  

Blankita.... I could call her C. but I'm not on the friendship level and I refer to people by their usernames. Sorry if you don't like it. That's just how I am.

Kacie & Erica (MizAmERICA).... I'm guilty of usually staying in one forum, which is FFA. Unless the topic on the right catches my interest. I can see how its some times helpful to post in 2 different forums for that reason.

With the new forum, even if the topic isn't obvious, the fact that you can see like the first sentance or so should help prevent this.

I think too many people are lazy though and just don't care. They want their own topic and they don't want to share.

Maybe one day people will not be so lazy.
