Did you know that Peanutbutter Captain Crunch has 100% of you RDA for folic acid per serving (3/4 cup)? I wish I had known that during my first trimester when my stomach decided to eject any sort of green veggie. Silly, but when I saw that, the first thing I wanted to do was tell another pregnant woman.

Thats fantastic! Too bad it tastes yucky  What about the Captain Crunch's Crunchberries kinds does that have the same amount of the folic acid?

Peanut Butter Captain Crunch is awesome. I noticed that is was 10 times healthier than the Quaker Oats granola cereal I was eating because I thought it was good for me, lol. The Captain has been a constant in my pantry for the few months now.

Ok, there are two things that I am eating in the first 2-3 hours of coming back to America, a lean corned beef sandwich with swiss cheese, and captn crunch with real, "american" milk lol!!!
This so should be on the WIC list!!!

I noticed the regular Captain Crunch has a lot more sugar and calories than the peanut butter kind, and not as nutritious. I didn't note the folic acid in particular though.

That's a good question. I just noticed the nutritional content this morning when I was pouring a bowl. I'm going to have to read the labels of the other kinds on my next grocery store excursion. I would love it if Frankenberry was like 100% fiber or something.
