Well girls Im up early. I've decided since this is the time when Natalie sleeps longest I need to get up and do as much housework as I can before I get up. I've been getting behind on it and it drives me bonkers.

I can't believe it, but Cal is one month old today!! So crazy!! Yeah- I think it will be awesome when we get to sleep a little more. We all will appreciate it. Hey.....did you read any books on babies after Emma was born? I have What to Expect the First Year and I was just wondering if there are other resources that can be of help. Are you bottl feeding at all? I am now supplementing with Similac. Cal eats about 3 ounces of it every three hours. I don't know when to step up to the four. I tried it a few times and he vomits....so then I go back down to three. Just wondered. Also,.... I am going to attempt to BF again. I had to stop due to all my PP complications, but hopefully I can get it going again. They say you have like 6 weeks in which you can change your mind and start back up if you want to. We'll see.

It really is a million times better when they get regular sleep, it will make a world of difference on all of you.

Amy Natalie didn't start eating four ounces until she was 2 months. She would spit it up. My Pedi told me that with bottle feeding it's pretty easy to over feed because we tend to push them to finish the bottle. Just take his cues, he will start letting you know when he is done if he doesn't already. Right now Natalie is almost 4 months and taking 5 to 6 oz a feeding every 2-3 hours.

The only book I have is What to Expect as well.

As far as breastfeeding the website www.kellymom.com it's wonderful lots of great information, especially for those moments I second guessed myself. It's pretty easy to do that with BF and I hope it does end up working out. If it doesn't don't be too hard on yourself, you both went through a lot

I got a free book when I gave birth to Lorelai...I have found it helpful. It might the exact same as What to Expect....but I always refer back to it....

How is everyone this morning?

I haven't seen the sun in 4 days now!

We're great! I mean I feel a little shitty because of this stupid wanna be cold, but I've gotten all the cleaning done already, and I'm doing laundry right now.

Natalie is down for a nap and I'm about to make some banana bread, so I don't have to throw away our very ripe bananas.

i swear i have twins with laila and my nephew.. they are only two months apart and look like each other too lmao.

thank god i dont have twins they are driving me nuts!!
