Pissed off

Ok so im overdue and I really need this baby to come by monday because my fiancee and my babysitter go back to college. My fiancee has no problem taking a day off, but my babysitter is starting her work placement and she is the only one I have to watch my kids while I go to the hospital to have my baby! My midwife knows this and didnt re-book an appointment for the comming week because she was gonna do a membrane sweep today and possibly get induced either today or on monday depending on how dialated i was. Well yesterday she told me to call her if I hadnt heard from her by the afternoon. I waited untill 4pm to page her and she called me right back and told me she was at the hospital with a women in labor and she does not know if or when she will do the stretch and sweep depending on how the womens labor goes. SHe told me that we will play it by ear! What the hell does that mean? I have no idea what is going on or what is gonna go on today or monday, I don't even know if she is gonna call me today or what. What should I do? Should I wait to see if she calls me and if I haven't heard from her by the afternoon give her a call? I hate this not knowing crap it really frustrates me and depresses me. I really want to know what the plans are so that my babysitter can make her plans like cancelling her placement for a day or something.

Can't she appoint another doctor to induce you?

And I'm sure she's not the only doctor in the hospital who can do that for you, so definitely check into having that done! Good luck, mama!

Ha ive tried almost everything to make myselfe go into labor sex, walking, jogging, nipple stimulation, pressure points , epo, nothing is working. My doctor is a midwife only and not a doctor, she got back to me and told me that nothing is gonna happen today because they did two deliveries, so she told me to go to the hospital at 7 am monday morning and they will schedual an induction, so theres kindof another undefinate answer as I don't know if they will induce monday or just schedual one for a diiferent day. The midwifes where I live are seperate from the doctor and they have some hospital privilages. Lol she told me to try and have this baby on my own for this weekend, ha like I can control that. Oh well I guess its a jog around the park for me tonight in the minus 30 weather.
