My son is teething! We've tried it all, teething toys, hot & cold rags for him to naw on, teething tablets, teething strips, frozen food (waffles etc), literally everything and this child still continues to cry. I feel bad that he's hurting but what gets me is his teeth are barely breaking through and he's been teething for some weeks now, when will they make their appearance?

Baby tylenol? Rub a little on his gums. Or baby oragel? use that WITH stuff for him to chew on warm&cold.

It really only is excruciating for them while the tooth is breaking the gum line. You should be good in a couple of days if it has started to poke through!

Soon. They can come up and recede back into the gums multiple times before they finally cut. Honestly, if he's in a ton of pain a little tylenol isn't going to hurt. Also have you tried a finger toothbrush? I bought one for my daughter and I just put it on and she'll sit in my lap just munching away forever. It's brilliant.

We give him tylenol when nothing else works and he seems like he's in a lot of pain but that doesn't even help

Let him use your finger as a chew toy.
That was a lifesaver with Dyl, but now that he has 4 teeth it hurts and so I need to find something else

That's what I do when were in the car and his paci falls and I can't find it lol. It works for a good 5-10 minutes.
