Confused!

This is my first cyle using an OPK and I'm not sure what day to start using them.... also what time of day to do it.... I read the insrtuctions in the box and looked it up online, but they say two different things.... I'm so confused!!

You are supposed to do it mid-day. So, around 2. I start on CD10 then once it starts to get darker I test around 10am and 10pm, so every 12 hourse because that surge can come at anytime.
I have 1 angel baby & live in Colorado
