We decided a long time ago what we would name our first child (boy or girl). Here are what we decided:

Girl: Mary-Ellen Jean
Boy: Simon Scott

For the girl it is my grandmother's name (hyphenated) and his grandmother's name for the middle. For the boy's name, it is a name we saw on the Olympics...haha, it was Simone, but I like Simon, and Scott is DH middle name.
