Labor and Pushing

Has anyone else had the experience of having to push longer that an hour?!
I was literally on the table for 90 minutes and It was agony. He was sunny side up, but im still a little worried that im gonna be in the same boat for this baby.
They tried to put a mirror in front of me but I was discouraged by the site of it.

i pushed for around 90 minutes, to me it didnt seem that long though. good luck hun

i pushed like a little over an hour. it felt good at first, but once crowning started it was hell. i just kept telling myself maybe this next one if i do it good enough, and tried to focus on pushing very efficiently. if this is your second ti will most likely go faster   good luck hun.

I pushed for almost an hour and a half. It sucked because my epi had worn off!

Youre right. It didnt seem like it was that long, I just hear these horror stories about kids in the canal too long that grow up with cerebral palsy. I dont know how long they would let me push like that until interveining.

my doctors around here wont let you push for more then 2 or 3 hours then they do a c-section

yeah. lyli was face up too, and i started to get discouraged. and they said i had to keep going or else i was gonna need a csection. so i kept going.

thats the truth she waited 8 days past my dd, i was induced.

well i was induced at 40 weeks due to depression and anxiety issues. but i dont think she was gonna come on her own anyway. when i got the hospital to be induced i was supposibly having contractions 2-3 min apart on my own, but nothing was happening. and i had endless mucus plug.

my cervix wouldnt dilate and i didnt have contractions till my water broke, so i hear ya, these darn kids.
