saggy skin

My skin is so saggy since i had Aiden. My milk has dried up and now my boobs went from being perky to looking like someone deflated them, they look empty and saggy. And my stomach is ughhh!!! My stomach is pretty flat, its just my skin hangs off. Well my skin ever tighten up again? I hope so!

well with my first i was a size 0 and i got huge and stretched so bad and after i had my son my skin just hangs. like folds over. i never went back to a size 0 again and im fine with being a 7 or 9. but the good thing is this pregnancy 7 years later i have about 10 weeks left and no stretch marks, maybe cause i already got some the first time and stretched bad the first time.

My friends won't give me backrubs (pre pregnancy) because my skin was so...stretchy and I had a lot. But you couldn't tell. Everything looked tight and healthy.
I think that's the main reason I haven't gotten stretchmarks except for the 2 little ones I have. I had extra skin that finally came in handy.
I was 115 pre pregnancy and now I'm 150 something...good thing I'm 5'8-5'9.
I really hope I can get my body back afterwards!

yeah i guess i havent gained much either due to the filling in of the extra skin. ive only gained 14 lbs

Give yourself time, it's only been a few weeks, right? When it is safe and un-painful for you to do so, sit-ups and push-ups really help with the extra skin. When i was finished nursing my daughter my boobs got kinda saggy, but within a couple of weeks of some push-ups they were back to their perky self.

I feel sorry for Haylie because well...her mommy is a work out machine.
She's going to the gym with me 
I'll just go to the room with the play area and she can nap while I run the tred and do my pull ups and what not.
Once I get doctors permission of course
