I just have to say that it's bad enough for you to be having sex at the age of 14, but wanting a baby?? Have you ever even held a baby, changed a diaper? You are still a baby yourself sweetie. Hold off until you are old enough to know what a HUGE responsibility it is to take care of another human being. Better yet, go get a job in a daycare or something. Oops, forgot, you aren't even old enough to have a job yet or even buy a freakin cigarette!! You've been dating this guy since you were 12? Shoot if my little girl will be "dating" at the age of 12. You really need to grow up and having a baby is not the way to do it.

But I do also agree that 14 is to young. Even if you have a strong support system and a wonderful boyfriend pregnancy and parenting is hard. Whether you believe it or not you will do a lot of growing up in the next few years. Having a baby is a permanate thing. If later on when you are old enough to go out to the club or even if a friend asks you to come over and watch a movie with her, you wont be able to do it. Even dates with the fiance will become scarce. This is why everyone believes 14 is too young.
I am 23 and i thought I was ready. I knew it was going to be hard but after i got pregnant i now realize how hard it is actually going to be. Even the pregnancy is SO tough!

A kid is something that once your "done" with it , you put back, Its their forever. You have a childhood to live out , and you wanna go and waste that all away ? My pregnancy was unplanned. My baby's father left me. guys do that no matter how much they "love" you.
You need to get the hell over yourself and think about the kid that your TRYING to bring into this world. Do you have a job , does your boyfriend have a job ? Do you own a house? Do you have everything that a child needs , including a parental figure? Your just a kid yourself hun. You seriously need to stop trying to get pregnant and live your life first.

Use protection , dont do this to yourself or an unborn child. Im 16 and Im too young for a kid. I dont have a life , I dont have friends , I work my ass off at a dead end job , And goto school. Just to support her, As soon as I got pregnant , Her father left.


Edit to add , But I do it just for her , I have that strength to pull through , some dont. I love my daughter so much , I will do anything for her.

truth is I'm 19, 20 on the 30th, will be having my 2 year anniversary on the 18th march, had my daughter 6 weeks ago tomorrow, been with hubby 4 since the 26th Dec' he's in the airforce gets paid pretty well, he gets paid every 2 weeks and guess what that money goes straight down the drain, we're lucky the AF has tricare otherwise we'd be screwed, we're even on wic, we have a good support system too only problem his family is Maryland and mine is England and we're stationed in Texas, I love my baby girl but I feel so bad when I'm tired and just feel like yelling at her to stop crying, i can't always count on my hubby at nights since he has to get up at 5am mon-fri and then if he's on standby I can't wake him up it's not fair, I don't work so she's my job. I would never hurt my baby. But let me tell you once he gets deployed I have no support what so ever and believe me once your baby is born that bf of yours will leave you I've seen it happen to my friends.


so if you think you can handle it go for it and fuck up you're kid's life. And don't come back on here crying your eyes out when baby wont stop crying and you're bf has kicked you to the curb
