He's an idiot. Some vans can hold up to 15 passengers ALL with seatbelts! And OBVIOUSLY (as someone else had mentioned) she had an 8 passenger van. As I believe had been mentioned earlier, that's the reason Brett wasn't with them. There'd have been no room in the van after the picked up the other 2 girls. So if Brett had been there it would have been 7 + 2 = 9...meaning there were 8 seats. The guy's just an ass.

the reason that ass didnt die is because he hit on the passanger side his truck.... that is why I am guessing the family sitting on the driver side survived!

i just hate people who try to blame the victims. It irks me to no end.

They are so great there you guys, even if they CAN'T get ahold on the Ravens for us (which i'm still sure they can) they are being so wonderful. She assured me that MADD of Ohio has EXCELLENT victim services (since that's where the accident occured they would be the main ones to contribute) and that they are usually able to help out a lot with expenses. so YAY
