re: '08 September Babies Group

We slept in way too late, I made some fast breakfast for DH and he just scooted out the door on his way to work until who knows when. He just always says "See you tomorrow" when he leaves, because he more often than not gets home after midnight. So for my Mother to be day, I'm gonna sit and watch tv. And do some work, and work on baby shower invites. My mom is 250 miles away, so it's just me, the cats, and BGtoday lol

Mine told me I'm not really a mommy yet. That next year would be my first mother's day 'cause pregnant doesn't count.
I've been trying to decide if he's serious or if he really has something super sweet planned and is trying to throw me off so he can surprise me. That would totally be like him. Hard to tell.

Happy Mother's Day!! I got to sleep in this morning and I got a new sewing machine and the movie PS I Love You   we're going to see my mom later too and go for dinner. It smells like it's going to rain here too, yuck

Its not an excuse at all...but don't feel bad we all wish you a very Happy Mothers Day!! My dh hasn't said happy mothers day to me either and actually he made me cry today so my mothers day has been crappy cause of him...but the up side dd gave me some presents she made at school and one of them was a mothers day coupon book it was so cute...thank god for her and ds otherwise it would have been extremely terrible. It would be nice if dh would for once do something nice for me...I hope you all have better Mothers days then mine...

We became mothers the minute we found out we were pregnant. Guys dont see it that way,so Im trying to remember that its out of the ordinary for them to awknowledge that we are a part of mothers day without them having to "see" a baby. I dont know why they think that way...... Its cold and rainy here...Not sure what I am doing today. I feel like I should get off my butt and do SOMETHING though!!! My fam said maybe dinner, but last time my mom bailed, and the whole thing went down the drain... I dont know if she is gonna be around or not. I havent heard anything. So im trying to seem busy so i dont feel like im "slacking off" today.....   I guess...????

Hi mommie I hope you all have a fantastic mothers day! Hubby took me out for breakfast this morning and is all cute with me about my bump but we couldn't really afford anything lik a present or a cake! I actually spent all our money on everyone else! lol

I got this cool unicorn painting for the kids to give to theri mother which, it is almost 3 in the afternoon here and she STILL hasn't called at at all to say anything to them or come to visit! Selfish bitch!

I also found a beautiful antique picture fram at good will that is all carved wood with an oval mirror washed out in the middle for a picture and i am going to take the kids to the park this weekend and take their pic and put that in there for their Great Grandmother so she has somethng special before we move to Texas, since this will probably be the last time she sees them!

And I got my babies a two disc Sesame street set of the ABC's and one two threes becasue they just love their elmo movie but it doesn't teach them anything about numbers or letters so I found this and had to get it for them! I am going to watch it with tehm as soon as I am done with this!

Reddevilsmom- Lol, my sister Julie has the same issue! She lets my nephews, her hubby and the whole towns dogs tear up her beautiful land so that it is a dump rather than the beautiful scenic woodsy glory that it once was! Teehee!

Endowz- I love your nursery set, that is really cute how you painted and re did it! I wish someone would have informed me how hard would was to clean before I put wood furniture in with my kids, I so waould have latex painted it and glossed it for easier clean up! It is ver adorable and so special that it used to be your mans stuff! I love that!

Princess3707- I am getting ready to watch PS I love you right now, can’t wait! I love Jen garner! And I don’t mind sad, it feels so good to cry and then I don’t freak our all my emotions with the man! Lol

On Nathan, if it is only the last name, than, I didn’t know kids had to know how to spell that at the start of kindergarten!! I thought they only needed to learn the first name! But if that is how it is there than I would teach him the one he has now and the new one when he has to right that! He will have more experience with spelling down the road so it won’t be as difficult for him as you think!

If he doesn’t have to learn how to spell his last name than I wouldn’t teach him either one until he needs to! That way there is no confusion! What last name does he have now and what will it be changed too? If they aren’t long, maybe you could teach him them both or hyphenate them for him and then his dad might not have as much issue!

B- YAY! Welcome to team pink! You are so lucky! Little Riley and Rhyan! And now you so don’t have to deal with the annoying man and his family about naming him his stupid name! lol Congratulations! I am sure your little girl is soooo happy she will be getting a baby sister!!

Ali- Seriously, it really does seem like too much is sucking for you at once! I have dealt with a lot of druggies and they all do that, if you really care about him, I guess you deal but no one blames you for wanting to ditch out on it right now, yur baby and your mental health are more important than he is!

LOL You would think it would be that easy... I'm going to get crap because I have RHilee and now I'm going to have a RHyan, it's the whole RH thing... And no one in his family likes the fact that I am also giving her the nameAlizabeth because his Step dad was married to a woman they refer to only as lizzie... I've never met her so I wouldn't be naming my kid after her... I have loved the name Elizabeth since I was little so they can suck that one.... I don't care though...

Right now his last name is Neumann and its going to be Rushing so its the same number of letters either way. I talked to my dd about which name she wants to go by when the time comes and she wants to go by Rushing. After we were done talking about it she asked me if she could go by Rushing now...I wasn't sure what to say. I said to let me think about it. My feelings on it is if that is what she wants then I want her to do it but legally its not her last name. I'm trying to not let my dislike of my ex be apart of the choice that I make for my kids but trully that is a hard thing to do.

Its my roomate chris who chooses to continue finding new "addictions" to latch himself on to. I dont have anywhere else to go- hence, i might have lost my job, and my house in the same day. Awesome. Im just mad. I cant get a hold of my mom either.... so... not sure what im doing today. Its cold and rainy.  

Aaannnd I just got in a huge screaming match with chris. this day just keeps getting better!
