I tested positive New Years Eve, and again the next day (I wanted to make sure) I am excited but scared at the same time. Hubby is still getting used to the idea, but he'll be ok My symptoms so far include, nausea, fatigue, bloating, and mild cramping. I been mostly uncomfortable for the last few days. It seems like as soon as I found out I started getting a new symptom everyday. Today i felt mostly ok though. I'm looking forward to my first DR. appointment (but its still a week away) so I can find out more details and disucc somethings with her. I think it'll feel more real after that. I feel like I'm going to have a boy. I honestly would be happy with eith, but I just have this feeling it will be a boy, can't wait to see if I'm right !!! Congrats to everyone else!!!

I tested positive (twice)on New Years Eve! We had been trying since May to get pregnant and we are sooo excited! Our 4 year old son and my husband both say they want a boy, but I think it's a girl! I'm due on Sept. 11. Is anyone else already having trouble fitting into their regular clothes? I don't know if I'm just that bloated or if I'm already starting to show. If I am showig, I didn't know it was possible this early! My only symptoms so far is being hungry all the time and I'm kinda tired! Good luck to everyone!

Hello everyone. Well my husband and I have been ttc for 5 years. We had a miscarriage after 6 weeks Nov 06 so getting a positive pregnancy test...well 4 tests lol a few days after Christmas was like a miracle for us! We are so blessed and excited and praying for a healthy pregnancy. As far as symptoms...very tender breasts, greedy and wanting to eat just about everything lol, tired during the day and up at night, peeing very often, slightly queasy, but extremely excited. We're hoping for a girl. Did I mention that my husband's sister and brother had natural triplets so that makes us a little nervous!

Quoting Medicmama:Is anyone else already having trouble fitting into their regular clothes?
Yep and it is weird....but I was like that with my twins. Also the more pregnancies you have the sooner you show. My pants are so tight already!

I was thinking about that too! I didn't starting showing until almost 5-6 months last time, so I was surprised that I already have to unbutton my pants sometimes just to feel more comfortable (especially after eating). It just seems way too early to be showing anything given how small I was last time. I also read that subsequent pregnancies start showing earlier, but this early? I'm afraid I'm just getting fat.

Hi, I just got my BFP yesterday morning (faint line on HPT) and then confirmed it with blood test around mid-day. I still cannot believe it. This is our first and both me and hubby are over the moon. My due date is 11 September.
Symptons so far:
very very bloated - actually look pregnant
swollen and tender breasts (a little like having AF)
tired
pulling like cramps across abdomen, especially around belly button area (feels alot like constipation)
cause I'm constipated too
peeing a lot
not able to sleep, despite being very tired

Hi all... this is my second... and what a difference so far.
With my first I didn't even know I was pregnant until I was almost 9 weeks, the morning sickness had started about a week prior to that and that was really the only issue I had.... actually thought I had the flu!
This time around, being only about 4 weeks.... I have good days and bad! Odors are already starting to bother me.... some guy in front of me on the bus at work had a horrible onion like odor... I almost lost it right there! My breasts are killing me and I have constant dry mouth yet pee all the time... go figure!
I started wearing maternity clothes at about 12 weeks with my first.... I had enough amniotic fluid for twins mind you.... this one, I'll be licky if I make it through this month without having to buy a whole new wardrobe!
