how is ali? So today has been a great day! i got so much done, and my brother played awesome in his game! they won by a touchdown! it was great!

Hello to everyone else!

I can't remember too much more than that right now. Earlier, when I got done reading, I went for a walk and then my mom and Zachary visited. He was such a good boy while he was here. I miss him already!

I am still hanging in there. I am having mild to strong cxns every 5 minutes, but the monitors aren't picking them up too well. I think it is because of where the belt is placed though. It picks them up a bit, but not as much as I think it should anyway. LOL! Evan is doing well. His HB is nice and strong! He has had the hiccups a couple of times since I have been on the monitors. Too funny!

So far here is the plan. I am on cervedil until possibly 2am. UGH! Unless I dilate to 3-4 cm and my cxns become regular at 5 minutes apart (Which technically they are!). Then they will take me off and see if I contract and dilated on my own. Then I'll be able to labor on my own. This is what I am hoping for! hehe! Anyway, if I don't, then I will be started on the pic drip. Also if the cervedil has to be in until 2am, then I will have to wait 2 hours before they will start the pic drip (if I need it). That is the long way, so I am not wanting that! LOL!

Oh and no, I haven't been checked since I was admitted. I'll let you know (if I can) what I am dilated/effaced to after my next check.

My cxns are actually showing more on the monitor now. About time! I knew I was feeling them! LOL!

I might be back on later. It just depends!hehe! ;)

hi! im back.... I guess im a dummy, and for the most part thought that was my baby, but my contractions are 5 min apart.... still are. they dont hurt, and I told the doc that when I called earlier but since its so close they wanna make sure. So I went in, and got monitored, and she brought in the u/s machine....
She is still breech, and in a very odd position!! She is feet down, back curled up my left side, and her head in my belly. She is very crammed in there (another doc had to inform me as if I didnt already know) lol, and said it could be the way my uterus is shaped, or could be her pushing somthing up there that is causing that lump.
Anyway,they checked my cervix, and I screamed cause it hurt even more this time than it did last time!!!! I am about the same...1-2cm, and 90% effaced. my bp is high, and contractions every 5 min, but they dont hurt. So they said if
-my cnxs get stronger ( I cant feel them anyway!!)
-or I bleed more
-or my water breaks
that im free to go home.
So my water can only break tomorrow, or friday cause thats when my doc is on call.   lol
She was concerned that im not sleeping, and told me to come back *if it gets worse* (i love those key words). if then,they will give me a shot of morphine to help me sleep.
I dont think that will work either. At this point, nothing is. But it was a nice practice run, and to find out where to park, registration, etc....

Diddlebug- Wow! You go mama! Ther is NO way I could clean the whole house right now! I am in WAY too much pain and am just so tired all the time right now! Blah! I am glad you are feeling better though!

ON WEIGHT- Well, I was 263 to start out with! Grrr I had lost a lot a weight befor that and I had just gained have thirty before I found out I was prego again. I have gained 24 as of last week! I plan on buckleing down after this one and losing at least 80 pounds! Maybe we mommies can all do that together!

I know I will lose all of that and then some n the weeks after though. I used to be about 15, so fricking cute too! Sniffle! I gained like 80 pounds with my first baby and never lost it and gained more than that as time went on! Maybe I will finally not get pregnant for long enough to lose it this time! I am just so bad at excersizing and eating right, especially through the holidays! Lol

MellyBelly- Welcome4 to the group! We are ALL feeling that way right now hun! We toatally understand!! I have benn having contractions 3 minutes apart for 9 days now and STILL haven’t had my son! Grrr What are yo naming him?

Ali- Good luck mama!! I can’t wait to hear if you have progressed, I hope you have her! oh, just saw the post! lol sorry but atleast your being positive about it! i hate getting sent home! haha try to rest!

Lady bug- YAY! WE missed you!! I am so happy to hear that both of you are great! Can’t wait to see how handsome he is!!! Oh, he is SOOOO beautiful! What cute cheeks and perfect pouty little lips he has! Awww, you have GOT to keep posting tons of pics of him, and I agree on taking too many, they change by th minute right now!!

I'm back home finaly!!! No damage... nothing... even NOLA doesn't look bad...   I didn't read all the pages because it was just tooooooooooo much..... But I hope everyone is doing fine. I'm getting a little sick or something... sneezing and runny nose...   Not fun... Anyways, just wanted to pop in and say hi to everyone! And I missed you guys! I thought I would go crazy! LOL.

MIL said that I've dropped but who really knows... I haven't taken a pic today so who knows... I ate some SPICY salsa from a Mexican resturant and ended up with cxns... back pain... couldn't sleep... It was lovely  Other than that, I'm just sore, my hips kill, I feel like an old ladie....

I have been having contractions three minutes apart for nine days now! I don't think i am dialted too much yet either because i can't feel my cervix on my own yet! grrr I don't have a doctor though so they said until i am past four centimeters they will send me home, or my water breaks! lol i will probably have him in the van oon the way because it won't rupture till 9 centimeters like 75 percent of every other prego mommy!

I'm not going in until my water breaks...   They broke it for me last time and I jsut want to see if my body will do it on it's own this time..  

Evening ladies...I just finally got all caught up on reading the posts. Had a doctor appt today and he checked me again and I'm still 1 cm and it hurt so much when he checked me. I'm still sore and hurtin from it. Miss Bailey though was being a sleepy stubborn little one. She decided to stop moving on me and the doctor decided to do a nst on me while I was at the office. As soon as they put the monitor on me and started pushing on my belly to get her heartbeat on the monitor, she started moving cause she was being pushed on and did not like it one bit. So she was fine and they had no problems with finding her heartbeat or anything so doctor wasn't concerned. Although instead of today being my last appt I get to go back one more time before I have her, on Tuesday and then on Wednesday at 8:00 am is when my c/s is scheduled for.

I hope all is well with our laboring mommas (can't remember who now). Labor Dust to all those that want it. Oh on the whole weight thing I was overweight to start with 285 and have gained 28 lbs so far hopefully I won't gain anymore since I only have 5 days left till she is here. I can't wait till I have her so that I can work on losing alot of this weight I really want to get down under 200 but that is alot of weight to lose so its gonna take quite awhile to lose that much. But I'm sure I can do it. I'm gonna lay down again cause I'm really sleepy today and just plain and simply worn out. I'll probably be around reading posts and such.

Ali - Your doctor has to be on call to deliver you? I would have hated that. My doctor comes in when one of his patients is in labor. Hell he was around with me for my 19 hours of labor and did my c/s.

Today was a rough day. Kieran was Mr. Cranky Pants all day. No nap time for me. I think he is having constipation problems. He won't poo all day, sometimes into the next day and when he does it's all hard. I think it really got to him today. Any suggestions what I can do for the little guy?

about the weight convo you guys were having earlier i've gained like 43lbs and i started at 150 so i'm like 190 something (last time i got weighed) god its horrid! ooo! the agony!  not even my underwear fit... lol, yeah (TMI)i dont wear undies!  

& yeah i forgot who mentioned everyone giving birth before them and having a later due date... I know how you feel!!! i'm supposed to be due in 8 days and ive never even felt a cntrxion

& i dono if i have a crappy doctor buti havnt even been checked for effacement anddilation and i'll be 39 weeks tomrrow..
