I can put them on my list of people to beat up...lol. I can not believe people either sometimes. Hello you are following doctor's orders and they won't keep you in the hospital unless you need to be. Plus it's none of their business and they shouldn't be making suggestions to you since they are not your doctor. Plus maybe if they controlled their beast of a child then in would be better.

LOL... exactly... besides.. the drs said that if my fetal fibronectin test had come back positive they would have kept me, but they wanted me to be more comfy, that's why they sent me home.

And how does he know what MY labor is gonna be like. I was on strict bed rest for 5-6 months with Kassi and made it through the ENTIRE labor and delivery without getting a drop of anything. The only drugs I had with her was a little motrin after I had her for cramping, but that was it.... I wanna see him push a watermelon out something the size of a pea... LOL

Does any one know, what happens if you have severe stress during pregnancy? So far my doctor has said the baby looks healthy and ok, but I have a fear that with all of the stress I have been unde that I couuld either go into early labor, or will have a very sick baby or that she will be a small baby. Any ideas?

If you're dr is not worried I'm sure it's all okay. Those LO's are tough little cookies and they can handle alot...

This is a little TMI.
So I wrote yesterday that I was feeling sick. I threw up yesterday morning and this morning. All I ate yesterday was toast. I have had diarrhoea all yesterday and today. Plus stomach aches. I called L&D yesterday. She told me that if I get cramps, contractions, or can't keep anything down to call again. Last night I had period-like cramps for about an hour. I'm a little worried about getting dehydrated. I was thinking if it persists, I should call L&D today. Any suggestions?

Ok sorry ladies... I want to read everyones posts but I am just too excited right now................... My friend at work is like a week late so we went today and got a test on lunch and she took it and handed it to me cuz she couldnt stand to look at it and IT WAS POSITIVE!!!   It was a faint line but there was a line. YAY!!!

Try to drink as much water as you can... if you can still pee, that's a good sign. If things don't change I would call L&D again and see what they say....

Ok all! I really didn't mean to brag about the poundage thing, but that means that I'd put on like 25 lbs from november thrujanuary pre-preggo check up (damn Christmas cookies and New Year's Parties and beer and champagne...all pre-knowing, of course) so really I'm up 39 lbs but my face hasn't puffed yet...kinda scared of that happening! Oh, and we decided to change baby's name...we'd been practicing saying Mollie around a lot and belly talk and it just didn't "fit" right...so, we're hiding it from family and friends in MN so they'll all be like "How's baby Mollie?" and we can say "I don't know, who is that?" I'll see if you guys want to know the new name or not....opinions?
