Big Question on getting big

ok so i have an a-hole doctor (or pregnancy center) and they made sure i dont get my first appointment till i am 16 weeks and they said if i wanted a sooner appointment i could go down to the pregnancy clinic and wait there all day until someone cancled or missed thier appointment HOW RUDE! But any-who since i have no clue on what to exspect from my first pregnancy here are my unanswerd concerns.... I am a day away from being 14 weeks, i have a pulling like im being poked with a needle "down there" and i havent gained a pound ive actually lost wieght i went from 145 to 143 then stayed at 143 since i was 11 weeks what should i do im not even showing could there be something wrong with my baby or am i just freaking out for no reason..............

Don't worry I lost 11 pounds in the begingin and it wasn't due to morining sickness. I did not start showing untill almost 18 weeks. I am now 29 weeks pregnant and people ask me if im4 months along all the time. (i just carry really low and sideways so my baby boy is well camflouged! Everything willl be fine!

baby bump ought to be the last of your concerns, the baby is only 1.5oz and 3.4 inches - no much to show yet heh.

The needle pain is probably your uterus stretching, as long as you're not cramping or spotting.

i lost 12 pounds at first because i was throwing up constantly i couldn't keep anything down. have you been having morning sickness?

and i didn't show for the longest time (i hid my belly until i was almost 6 months)

and i had that pain too. i believe that it is your body adjusting to whats going on. like your pelvis has to widen or something. lol it's been so long i don't even remember lol!

I had No Morning sickness at all, and my hips have already widened they make my legs look funny LOL, i dunno without a pregnancy test i would have never known i was pregnant the cramps im feeling feel like im poking my belly button in to much (granted any of you have ever done that) you get a sensation that literally feels like a needle right in your "hole" yes that is TMI but thats the only way i could explain it lol
