indestion (sorry for spelling)

iz this normal??
im 5 almost 6 on monday n im haing twins.. but i had experienced indestion.. iz that normal for it to still b here or have it come bak.. im just curious

I had it really bad in my third trimester with my youngest and have had it the whole time with this one...try Mylanta it works the best, or at least it did for me

put in the fridge it seems to be easier to take cold and don't get the flavored stuff that just makes it worse

Just wait untill the you near the end. I have acid reflux so bad that I constantly vomit stomache acid, both while I am awake and especially asleep. YUCK! My doc. told me I can only have tums which do not work at all and I may as well take nothing. They advise to eat smaller meals more frequently and lay of the spice and pretty much all flavor. that sucks you can only use tums, I couldn't have made it threw the last 2 months with my littlest is I would have had no Mylanta
