Lacy- how is the july baby doing that has been born....what forum is that one?? I have been trying to keep my eye out for a lot of July ones too....esp now on bedrest!

The end is in sight for us.....I am supposed to hold out for at least 3 more weeks so Carter does well when born early...I have 4 apts this week and 3 every other week til he is born! I know I have been ready forever...is there any july mommy's that haven't even started getting ready? I am even washing some of his blankets in the dreft and stuff....I am going to try that and then eventually go to Tide Free and Clear...I have sensitive skin..so I figured I would buy the expensive stuff for now til I know what he can handle.....

I even have my labor bags packed and ready to go since technically I can go anytime....I have mine, my fiance and Carters packed....along with his cute little car seat in the car just waiting for him!

There is one lady who was due July 26th...I think...who had her little one around 26 weeks. Sadly though, her little man didn't make it.

The woman who gave birth early is from another site. What happened was her placenta completely detatched. She was sitting down and felt a gush and when she went to the bathroom she was pouring blood, she called her hubby because she was at home with her four other kids and no car, he came rushing home and a neighbor friend sat with the other kids. When she got there they checked for the heartbeat and there was one, she was immediately taken back to the OR knocked out and her baby was delivered at 30w3d. She weighed 3lbs 4oz and is and will be in the NICU for a few weeks. From what the mother has said she is doing well and has amazed doctors with how well she is doing. They are expecting her to make a full recovery, she just needs to do some gestating in the NICU before being able to be released.

no crib no nothing?? I couldn't even imagine..esp having everything ready and packed!! I hope you find out what your having tomorrow

Im the same way, all i have is a few outfits but thats it.I have my baby shower next saturday so im hoping to get the big things then.We just bought a house so we are in the process of doing that.So the babys room will be done just in time

well I'm due 3 weeks before you...so at least you have nore time...plus I'm prly gonna go a few weeks early.....I had my baby shower last week and loved it!!

I think I'm all ready, but when i really think about it, i'm not! We have the nursery half way finished, but my shower is next weekend so i'm hoping we'll get all of the stuff we need to finish the nursery. I haven't even begun to think about packing my bags! I don't feel like it's gonna happen any time soon...but I know it will be here before I know it.
I'm getting my 3D ultrasound done on Tuesday! I'm sooo excited.

I haven't started on my nursery or anything yet, but we're in the process of moving so we're waiting until we move.
I just had my baby shower yesterday, and I was suprised at all that I got. I have basically everything I need now except for a playpen and a high chair, and those can wait a few month. I got all the safety stuff, bath stuff, care stuff, diapers, clothes, and bottles and all of that.
So if he came tomorrow, I'd be ready.
I can't wait till I can make up his room. I'm so excited to finally do that.

im not having my shower until next month...the 29th. but im having my 3D tomorrow!

I'm 32 weeks today.
