no sex after giving birth what about....?

i know you are not supposed to have sex until probably like 6 weeks after the baby is born or until your doctor ok's it but what about Clit Stimulation like a vibrator just for you clit? Does anyone know if this is ok?

i would say its perfectly fine, im no doctor.. but i just had a little one on the 3rd of January, and me and the daddy we're back in the sack after just two weeks. it hurt a little (i only had one stitch..) but it was well worth it. Since clit stimulation isnt actually going in, i would believe it is perfectly OK.. but if ur really unsure, call up the doc! might be a little embarressing to ask, but better safe then sorry right? good luck!

Be careful, you are REALLY REALLY fertile for like 3 months straight after you have a baby. Doctors don't just tell you to wait because of infection...a lot of birth control methods are bound to fail.

to the last comment I know all of tht but my question is if I were to go out and get a vibrator for my clit would that be a problem because I am going to need some kind o stimulation for that area. I am going to need an orgasm to be quite honest so I was wonderin if I could use one of those while waiting to actually have sex.

i dont know but i would say its probably def fine. i havent had my baby yet, but i have a clit vibrator i use during sex and im def going to at least try and use it while i cant have sex after the baby's born. i dont see why it wouldnt be ok since it doesnt go inside? but i guess if u try it and its uncomfortable then dont do it, otherwise i would say its ok

Its totally fine just dont go inside. The no sex thing is for penetration. Of course I'm not a doctor but its really common sense unless you tear up the front while delievering.

Well I was having sex 2 weeks after birth with my son I also had a c-section but yeah I'm sure its ok  

Husband and I did that after the birth of our son, all it did was really kick in some vaginal bleeding. I think it was from the orgasm. After that we stopped anything to do with me for a few weeks...but that didn't stop me from pleasuring my Husband.
