You don't look too big.
You are showing a little more than I would expect for 10 weeks, but if you were small/slender to begin with that's not unusual at all.
I was tiny when I got preggo and I expected to show early and showed late.
Every pregnancy is different, and EVERYONE has an opinion about how big you look. Total strangers will tell you exactly what they think about your weight gain. You are always either too big or too small. Don't let it get to you.
If your doctor is not worried, don't worry about it.

this was my belly at 12 weeks and now at 14 weeks i'm even bigger. Everyone is different some people just show sooner than others congrats.
