9th week symptoms

I'm in my 9th week. I've been feeling the same. Alot of the times..I'm feeling sick to my stomach when I am hungry or when I am full from eating. I suffer from reflux and I heard when you are pregnant u suffer heartburn. Me, I'm getting hit 2 times with it. I'm looking out as far as what foods to not eat and not lying down flat after eating. I'm prepared as far as medicine in case I get hit hard. I'm sleeping better now. Before it would take me an hour to few hours to get me to sleep. Also, I'm still experiencing, time after time, hot and cold flashes too. I'm a smoker. It was hard to quit when I found out I was pregnant. But now--smelling the smoke or just looking at a cigarette makes me sick.   Also, what I used to love to drink...Dr. Pepper--makes me sick too. What's surprising is...I have not had any morning sickness with my (first) pregnancy at this time, just my tummy getting queezy time after time. Overall--I'm okay.  

You better hope it doesn't get worse thats how mine started.

U pretty much had the same symptoms that I'm experiencing now?

Only about what you use to like to drink making you quesy. I do get heart burn and I do not smoke. It started out just being quesy and not eating as much then full blown toilet hugger.

I am feeling pretty much like you. I dont have the heartburn yet though. I just get nauseaus when I am hungry and if i eat a little too much. Have you had your first ultrasound? Mine is set for Jan 2nd. I really dont know what to expect. I already went in for all the blood work and urine test but I am curious as to if I am going to have to have another urine test or not. hmmm anywayI hope you start feeling better!  

I hope I don't end up that way later. The one thing I hate is vomiting.

Oh me too I cried everytime I did it.  

I guess u can show me the ropes about being pregnant.   This will b my first.

I had my first ultrasound Dec 7th. It was done at a facility called "Preganancy Resource Center" where u can acquire info about pregnancy, your options, u also get a pregnancy test done for the clinic so they can set u up with a dr., child care classes, and they have a free ultrasound when u are estimated at least 8wks. When I went, I wasn't that far along. I was estimated at 6wks (Dec.7th). What was so cool was seeing that baby lying there inside my tummy. U could even see the heart beating already!! I will b seeing a doctor Jan 11th, 2008. Then I will know exactly how far along I am. Right now, it's between 9wks and 11wks.

This is my first baby also she has giving me almost every symptom you can think of. I loved my first ultrasound but I was 14 weeks when I got mine. Her head was big then but now she grew it looks regular. lol. I'm so anxious and nervous cause my due date is slowlyyyyyyy coming along.

Of course to both your questions we had her name since i was 18 weeks.

What's the name u picked out? Right now for a boy, Gavin Lee and for a girl, Brittany Reagan.
