Carseats compatible with graco strollers

I'm considering buying the new graco duo stroller when it comes out in a month or so... it says compatible with their 2 car seats. but is that just their selling gimick? I would think my evenflo car seat would snap on to their stroller somehow. Especially since my evenflo stroller says it will work with the graco seat.
