Halfway There (long)

Well ladies, it's official. We are halfway done. I probably should have posted this Monday, but things have been crazy. With everything that's happened since we found out I was pregnant, it seems as though time has flown by. I almost wish I could slow it down so I could just sit back and enjoy what's left of this pregnancy.

Armed with phenergan and reglan, I've been able to battle the nausea and heartburn for the past couple of weeks and have, therefore, been able to really enjoy the joys that are pregnancy. I've noticed just how big my belly's getting. It's crazy! I can't believe just how fast the time's gone by. I have my 20 week appointment at 8:15 in the morning, along with the anatomy ultrasound. The BIG ultrasound, as if we don't already know we're having a boy. The doctor's office is going to confirm it in the morning.

Dameon kicks more and more. But still fear is an ever present feeling. After three miscarriages, can anyone blame me? Still, it's amazing to know that I'm nearly twice as far as I've ever gotten. To think, in May, we're going to have our little miracle in our arms. All I can think, over and over, is thank you. Thank you to whoever bestowed this blessing. Thank you to everyone who's been there to support us. Thank you to everyone who's been there to support me through all the ups and downs. Thank you to everyone here who's been a shoulder to cry on, or a friend to celebrate with.

This has been the most amazing trip I've ever been on, and I've still got 20 more weeks to go. So, Thank you. Thank you for being here and being the wonderful amazing beautiful women you all are. To those who are still trying for your miracles, know that they will come when they are meant to, and they will beautiful. To those who are pregnant now, may the gods (where ever your faith may lie) smile down on you and your little miracles. And to those who's bundles of joy have arrived, may you enjoy every moment with them and may they grow and flourish and become the wonderful people their mothers are.

You said you have your big ultrasound tomorrow, so how do u know it's a boy already? And congrats on half way (i still got a couple weeks), and I hope youre blessed with a beatiful healthy baby!

We had a 3rd level ultrasound on the 5th with a high risk doctor. That was at 17 weeks, and he sat indian style and laid back lol.

I know! It's freaking crazy!!! I broke down in tears today when I realized it!

You know happy I am for you. I remember when we talked that one time and it seemed like it was never going to happy. And now you are 1/2 way there! I can't wait to see him. I love you very much and I know everything is going to be ok!

You know with all the holidays and all the crazyness going on.. .it has gone by fast... but now that it is over... we better get busy with something cause it will drag on!

Wow, I remember when you got your BFP. Doesn't feel like it was that long ago.   Post those pictures when you can!!

Well I got new pics today   I'm gonna have to go get them scanned onto a disc at walmart and get copies made for the MIL lol   Dameon showed off again after about 10 minutes of getting measurements, a semi decent body shot, an excellent shot of his foot... lol He finally moved so his butt and legs were facing us so we could see his boy parts :-D I'll try to post pics tonight when I get off work   Planning to head to walmart soon to get them on disc...

Thank you again ladies for your support... I've got something to stay busy with   getting this house together and getting all the baby stuff! Yay! I've got a whole room to decorate for him! :-D

So when do we get pics of your little girl Kim??? And Mandie you'll get that BFP soon I know it!

Edited to post weight (Between 1lb 6oz and 1lb 11oz.... WOW he's big!) and the fact I've gained a whole SEVEN pounds since my 17 week appointment! Wooo! That puts me at 5lbs more than what I was when I got pregnant!

Forgot to post that little man's heart rate was 153bpm :-D Yay!

12 pounds!!!!  Man oh man, I hope your baby isn't that big! I was 6 pounds 7 ounces.

Im happy for you ...I remember when you were 4wks.

I don't have belly pics I so need to get some... I was about 8 1/2 pounds and so was hubby so lol.... I don't doubt that they may induce me early though, cause his brother was 13 1/2 pounds O.O But yeah, he's a big boy   and active!
