I'm 39 weeks and have been trying everything since 37 weeks so I hope you get better results than I have!

lol, I haven't really tried anything. With my son, my fiance and I had sex and I started contracting so bad and I had him 2 days later. I'm not going to say that is the reason why I had him. And that's not the reason my fiance and I are still active. Once again to all of you who had preemies and other complications, I'm sorry. But making it 38 weeks does entitle me to some bitching. Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, but it's also a pain in the ass. Feeling the urge to go pee then as soon as you sit down nothing comes out. Can't see your feet. You waddle like a penguin. Getting acne again. Can't sleep at night. Can't breath sometimes. It's not a walk in the park, that's the only reason I was saying I'm ready to have her.

I never once said you were a bad person or anything but whatever. I stated that I would love to get to 38 wks and wouldn't try to make my baby come earlier but think how you want and take it how you want.

I didn't even take it that way, and I don't believe I said that. I said i was sorry to all the moms out there who have had complications. I don't understand what you or any other mom in your situation went through. All I understand is how I'm feeling now.

I know.. I haven't like actually tried anything to induce labor, because realistically i know that unless she's ready she isn't going anywhere. I just wanted to see what people would say about inducing labor. That's all. Sorry bout the mix-up.

Sorry about jumping to conclusions! PRegnancy is a hard battle....harder for some than other but in the end we all get a reward if things go right!

Yes, you are right. I guess the main reason of my bitchiness is the fact that my 1st pregnancy was wonderful, no sickness, no back ache, no swollen feet, I was just me with a big belly that didn't give me any problems. And now, I'm having the exact opposite and it's frustrating because I wasn't prepared for this.

I was stuck in bed from 14 wks until the day before she was born! I actually lost weight from eating healthier and not being able to just jump up and get snacks! lol I plan on doing it all over next year! My baby isn't a baby no more...she is a toddler now.  

agreed..i'll be 38 weeks sunday & i havent even dilated...my baby boy is all ready & set to head south, but my dr told me "Macie you need to talk to your cervix, youre baby is healthy & ready, but apparently you're body isnt"...lol...i've had a HELL of a pregnancy. i lost my first baby & tried to miscarry this baby(riley)..luckily i have an AMAZING dr who knew exactly what to do to keep me from miscarrying. i'm miserable. my baby is HUGE. & i officially have created the 9th planet we lost when they demoted pluto!Hell i say once your fullterm we have every freaking right to complain. I want to meet my miracle already. Packing & unpacking his hospital bag gets old after a while!lol...i hate when people tell me not to rush it..especially when they've never been this pregnant before.

Guess if you'be never made it full term, you have No idea How tough it can be. It's really hard not being able to take care of things and people like normal. I'm glad you're baby pulled through though.

I was on bed rest to keep my first one in, starting at the beginning of the third trimester. I know that he needed more baking, and wished he would have stayed in longer, but delivered about a month and a half early. However, this time, I am starting the last month, and it is my first time feeling the Braxton Hicks and the joys of lightening (don't the mean heavying?).   I can certainly see things from both sides. There is such a relief knowing that Baby made it past my first's birth date. But this last month is a little rough.
