awkward much?

so, this has absolutely nothing to do with, babies, pregnancy. etc., but this is free for all so here we go.

My current boyfriend and I began dating exclusively about a month ago. Well, my ex and I are still talk, so I decided I would introduce them to eachother so my boyfriend wouldn't think I was cheating on him (which I'm not). Now, they're best friends! My boyfriend spends more time with my ex then he does with me! To top it off, he just called me to say he is going to the MOVIES tonight with my ex. I don't know if I'm just overreacting, but this is such an uncomfortable situation for me. Input anyone?

Hmmmm...that is a strange situation. If your not comfortable with it ( I wouldn't be) tell your current BF that you would you would prefer he didn't hang with your ex.

hey, you introduced them. To guys, a new friend is like a new toy they have to play with it day and night until they figure it out then they will take it or leave it.

Okay obviously my typing is impared today... LOL. What I MEANT to say was I think I'll give it a few days then tell my boyfriend how I feel.

I would feel a little odd about it too...but like you said, give it a few days, see if you feel better about it.

I'm surprised they aren't bothered by it. Considering they were both with you but um, the movies? that's a bit too much for me and that's when I start asking who is he dating, me or my ex lol. Why don't you ask him to take you to the movies?

I know that it can be a little weird at first. My husband and my ex play football together. Of course my husband and I have been together for over 5yr so its a little different.
I am a firm believer in telling your SO exactly how you feel though, so I would let him know you feel kinda odd about it...maybe they wont spend quite as much time together.

Haha that would be a little wierd. I would feel like all they would do would be to sneak away and talk about me.

I would be uncomfortable, but at least they're friends and not trying to beat eachother up.
